Promoting good mental health inside and outside of the workplace is essential, particularly as we understand more about how poor mental health can negatively affect our relationships and resilience to overcome challenges.

Recognising and understanding common mental health issues is also vital to helping to reduce the stigma associated with mental health in the UK.

Intended Audience

The Qualsafe Level 1 Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification for people who wish to raise their awareness of mental health and improve their mindfulness in work and everyday life. The qualification would be suitable for an individual or a group of up to 25 colleagues within a business.

Course Overview

Throughout this half day course, learners will be introduced to mental health issues such as depression and suicide and build an understanding of stress.

Certification

Successful learners will receive a personalised Qualsafe Level 1 Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF) e-Certificate immediately after their results have been submitted, subject to a Centre’s Direct Claims Status and any required actions. Printed certificates are available at an additional cost (please see our Fees and Charges list for details).
