Intended Audience

The QA Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) is specifically designed for those who lead the internal quality assurance process within an organisation or those with responsibility for managing the quality of the assessment process and the performance of those involved in assessment decisions.

Successful learners will gain the abilities required to effectively lead other quality assurance staff within a vocational education setting. This qualification includes a range of topics such as: how to plan, allocate and monitor work, improving the quality of assessment, and legal requirements.
