COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – Changes at Qualsafe Group

 

Throughout the rapidly developing COVID-19 situation, we have aimed to provide the best possible support and maintain a high quality service.

Due to government restrictions, our offices are currently closed. With this in mind, there are some ongoing changes to our operations across the Qualsafe Group:

Qualsafe Awards…

  • We are now providing e-Certificates for all qualifications as standard. Click here to find out more about e-Certificates. Printed certificates are available at an additional cost (please see our Fees and Charges list for details).
  • Please don’t post your documents to us – if we have requested documents from you, please scan or photograph these before emailing them to our team.

Qualsafe.com…

  • Our warehouse is operating at normal capacity, allowing us to process and dispatch your orders at our usual fast pace – with Next Day delivery as standard!

CPR Manikin Hygiene Advice – Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We have been receiving some enquires about appropriate hygiene processes for manikins in first aid courses to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Here is an important guidance document detailing the actions you should take to protect yourself and others during a first aid course.

Our manikin hygiene advice discusses simple hygiene, such as using alcohol and trionic wipes on the manikins, to additional precautions, such as CPR face shields and important manikin maintenance. All products mentioned within this guidance document can be found on the Qualsafe.com website.

The Emergency Services Show 2019 is approaching…

We are pleased to announce that Qualsafe Awards will be exhibiting at the Emergency Services Show on 18th-19th September 2019 for the 5th year in a row!

This fantastic two-day event brings together all disciplines from the emergency services sector to discover innovative technologies and operational solutions, share their experiences and unite in their collaborative approach to public safety.

Throughout the event, we will be showcasing our industry leading qualifications, including our progressive suite of vocational prehospital care qualifications which form part of a HCPC approved programme to become a Paramedic in 2 years. Introducing e-certificates!

Back in May 2019, Qualsafe Awards introduced e-certificates for all our qualifications. This service is free of charge for all of our Centres and is completely flexible!

We understand that some Centres may still wish to receive printed certificates, so rest assured that this service will still be available to you at no additional cost.
