Fair Use Policy for 20% Discount on Qualsafe.com Books

Offer

Qualsafe Awards Centres that registered under the Early Sign up offer will receive a 20% discount on Qualsafe.com books for a 12 month period, subject to fair use.

Applicable Centres

This offer is only available to Centres that registered with Qualsafe Awards under the Early Sign up offer and is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Applicable Books

This offer only relates to publications where a Centre is approved by Qualsafe Awards to deliver a qualification that has a recommended text book published by Qualsafe.com.

Discounted Period

Unless an earlier start date has been formally agreed with Qualsafe.com prior to 31st December 2012 the discount period will run from 1st April 2013 until 31st March 2014.

Quantities

The aim of this Fair Use Policy is to ensure that customers are able to purchase the quantities of discounted books that reflect the amount of learners they accredit through related Qualsafe Awards qualifications. We believe that the following rules will achieve this objective:

• Orders placed in the first 6 months of the discount period cannot be greater than the customer’s book purchases made within the previous financial year (2012/13), unless Qualsafe.com authorises an agreed exemption to this rule.

• Orders placed in the second 6 month period of the discount period cannot be greater than twice the amount of related qualifications purchased within the previous 6 month period, unless Qualsafe.com authorises an agreed exemption to this rule.
